PROPOSED RESURFACING WORK A497 CRICCIETH

The above work is programmed to start on 12 January, 2022. Hogan Construction Ltd will be the contractor carrying out the works and they envisage the surfacing process should take up to 3 weeks to be completed. The works start near K.E.Taylor Butchers and will end near Lôn Geraint junction. The work will be carried out during the day and evenings. The work will be carried out in this way in order to shorten the period of work. Evening work will not carry on past midnight. The decision was made to undertake the work during this time of year as the level of traffic and visitors will be lower, thus reducing disruption the the town. During the period of the work it is inevitable that there will be some inconvenience to local traffic, businesses and adjacent properties. I would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused. In order to allow the works to progress it would be of great benefit if residents could keep their vehicles off the road during the period of the works. Free parking has been made available at the Maes car park during the period of works. I would be grateful if you could contact Mr Euron Gwyn Jones on the above telephone number if you have any special needs that the Council should be made aware of, or to convey any information you consider to be relevant to the works.
